{"id":8313,"date":"2013-01-31T15:28:55","date_gmt":"2013-01-31T15:28:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/entecultura.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=8313"},"modified":"2013-01-31T15:28:55","modified_gmt":"2013-01-31T15:28:55","slug":"bicentenario-de-la-asamblea-del-ano-xiii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/usina1\/2013\/01\/bicentenario-de-la-asamblea-del-ano-xiii\/","title":{"rendered":"BICENTENARIO DE LA ASAMBLEA DEL A\u00d1O XIII"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Asamblea General Constituyente del A\u00f1o 1813, fue convocada por el <a href=\"http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/noticias\/2013\/01\/bicentenario-de-la-asamblea-del-ano-xiii\/attachment\/13\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-8314\" alt=\"13\" src=\"http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/13-300x300.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/usina1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/13-300x300.jpg 300w, http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/usina1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/13-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/enteculturalsantafesino.com.ar\/usina1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/13.jpg 403w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Segundo Triunvirato, que hab\u00eda accedido al poder en octubre de 1812.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo fue llamar a una Asamblea que representase a los pueblos reci\u00e9n emancipados y que se definiese el sistema institucional de las Provincias Unidas y aunque no logr\u00f3 contar con algunos representantes del interior, esta Asamblea se inaugur\u00f3 el 31 de enero de 1813.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito era proclamar la independencia y redactar la constituci\u00f3n del nuevo estado.
