DE LA PARTICIPACI\u00d3N<br>Podr\u00e1 participar cualquier persona sin l\u00edmite de edad, residentes en las localidades de las VII Usinas Culturales que integran el Ente Cultural Santafesino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II. MATERIALES Y CONFECCION<\/strong><br>La producci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser confeccionada por el participante inscripto, debe ser elaborada en el hogar y puede obtener colaboraci\u00f3n y\/o ayuda de su familia.<br>Los materiales para poder realizar el barrilete ser\u00e1n los tradicionales, todo tipo de papel, incluso reciclaje. El barrilete debe ser elaborado a mano y no de f\u00e1brica, se pueden incluir dise\u00f1os impresos de papel, dibujados o pintados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III. CONDICIONES DE LA PRESENTACI\u00d3N<\/strong><br>Cada participante podr\u00e1 presentar un solo 1 (uno) barrilete .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IV. PUNTAJES<\/strong><br>El jurado dispondr\u00e1 de una tabla de 15 puntos para evaluar los barriletes, que se dividir\u00e1 de la siguiente manera:<br><em>-Creatividad hasta 5 puntos<br>-Tama\u00f1o hasta 5 puntos<br>-Vuelo hasta 5 puntos<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ente Cultural Santafesino convoca a la edici\u00f3n del programa \u00abVuela Alto\u00bb.
